Travelling with only one hand luggage - it's possible
Travelling with just one hand luggage is possible, and here is how.
The right case
Not all cabin cases are equal – the ideal one is personal preference.
360-degree spinning wheels take minimal effort to drive around and will stand on their own. However, four-wheel cases can be slightly heaver than two-wheel cases. Additionally, a front pocket will make it easy to access any important gadgets or documents, without having to open the case. A zipped-in compartment on each side ensures nothing falls out when opening up, and your clothes can be evenly divided – a good overview for when you quickly need to grab something.
Roll your clothes
Rolling your clothing neatly minimalizes creasing, and will allow you to pack a lot more. Turning jacket inside out will avoid crushing, and by stuffing socks or various little items into shoes and gaps you can get everything in without overfilling the case.
Stick to a colour palette, as it eases outfit combination. Packing some highlighter shades will bring in some variation.
A small cross-body bag should do the trick. All you need to carry around with you is a phone, external charger, money and a water bottle. Additionally, a tote is always welcome – it is lightweight and you can use it for several occasions.
Decant beauty products
Primark’s Refill Travel Bottles are very handy. Decant anything from your shower gels and body creams to foundations - saves up space and frustration at airport security.
